As a student you might get into a situation in which you feel treated unjustly.
As a student, you might sometimes stumble upon situations that you disagree with and have a hard time finding out what to do to solve the problem.
For example, you might be unsatisfied about a grade or about the (lack of) support of your thesis mentor. You might have come into trouble with your studying and not be certain how to proceed. Maybe you have been declined for a course component, but you do not really understand why. It is possible that you do not know how to deal with this, because – for example – you might be afraid that your criticism or complaint towards the teacher has negative effects on you.
If you find yourself in such a situation and need help with it, then you are at the right place. As an ombudsstudent, I am the contact for students with complaints, questions or ideas. I am both a listening ear and a helper for finding a solution to your problem.
