The VSPA acts on a certain policy. Each year the sitting board writes a policy plan in which they elaborate on their plans and goals for the year. This policy plan must be approved by the General Members Assembly (GMA, see ‘About the VSPA’). The policy plan 2021-2022 as approved by the GMA can be seen below:

At the end of the last academic year, the former board has drawn up an annual result, in which they reflect on their policy. The annual result 2019-2020 can be seen below:

In addition, there are other regulations to which the VSPA must conform to. Firstly the Charter, consists of the ground rules of the associations. The Charter is shown below:


Secondly the VSPA has some Standing Regulations (Huishoudelijk Reglement; HR). The Standing Regulations consist of lots of rules which, as it were, support the Charter. Take a look at the Standing Regulations here:
